Hubble Telescope Makes Precise Measurement of the Ancient Globular Cluster.

One Of the oldest Stars, yeah STARS!,so old that it was born just before the Big Bang, has got it's distance measured by scientist at NASA.

This distance which is well refined provides accurate age of the UNIVERSE. All thanks to the HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE and the TEAM NASA. These distances are measured with 3 percent error margin.

These new distances help astronomers model the new stellar structure. the globular cluster of star is really a greatest achievement in itself. These globular stars would help us to know more about our existence since the formation of our 'UNI'verse. Best part of all is that all of them have the same chemical composition and almost the same age. It would be easy for astronomers to study these globular cluster of STARS.

These new globular cluster of stars have been named as 'NGC 6397'. The distance of these globular cluster of stars from earth is around 7800 light years!

The age of  'NGC 6397' is around 13.4 billion years. Tom Brown of the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) in Baltimore, Maryland, leader of the Hubble study said "The globular clusters are so old that if their ages and distances deduced from models are off by a little bit, they seem to be older than the age of the universe"

Researchers at ESA (European Space Agency) will be working on these calculation and will try to get the accuracy of distance to 1 percent! Tom Brown said"Getting to 1 percent accuracy will nail this distance measurement forever"

It would be amazing to see how accurately NASA comes out with new results and the age of our 'UNI'verse. OR MAYBE be There are higher chances of existence 'MULTI'verse.
